Clan India Lifestyle Private Limited is a lifestyle company founded in July 2017. Their primary mission is to create a sustainable sportswear brand through garments manufacturing. They cater to a mass market in India by launching their brand, Drizone, with sportswear offered at very affordable prices, ranging from an estimated Rs.500 to Rs.1000 , which caters to 80% of India. The operations of the company are managed by Amit Kumar, the Director of Operations.
The challenge
Before adopting Bigin, Clan India relied heavily on pen, paper, and Excel. However, the lack of reporting features and the entirely manual nature of the process often caused delays in their operations. They did explore other solutions like NeoDove and Cratio CRM, but these fell short: both in terms of automation capabilities and user-friendliness. Faced with these challenges, Amit and his team began looking for a simpler CRM solution in the market.
The solution
Amit found Bigin and started setting up dedicated pipelines to track leads, sales opportunities, and customer interactions. Leads primarily flow in through Meta and Google Ads or via IndiaMart, and with the help of Pabbly integration, these leads are automatically captured in Bigin.
Once inside the system, the sales team contacts prospects based on ad details, qualifies them, and progresses deals through stages such as follow-up, closed-won, and closed-lost. Tags are used to categorize and identify leads based on their type, such as retailer, wholesaler, manufacturer, or end customer.
Bigin's in-built Forms also play a vital role in their process. At events, the team uses a QR-coded form at their stall to capture visitor details directly into the sales pipeline. Similarly, an in-store form collects customer contact information on the spot.
The mobile app enables the sales team to call customers directly from their phones while keeping records logged in Bigin, ensuring no interaction is missed.
Dashboards provide real-time insights into lead sources whether from WhatsApp, calls, walk-ins, or Ads helping the team understand where business is coming from.
Additionally, the integration between Bigin and Zoho Books ensures seamless syncing of customer and financial data, giving the team a unified system to manage both sales and accounts efficiently.
