About Webhooks

Webhooks allow you to facilitate communication with third-party applications by sending instant web notifications as soon as an event occurs in Bigin. For example, by creating a webhook, after closing a deal in Bigin, you can push the customer information to Accounting software and automatically generate an invoice for the customer. Using Webhooks, you can configure HTTP URLs and associate them in workflow rules to automate the entire notification process.

Manage Webhooks Section

From the Webhooks section, do the following:

  • View the list of webhooks.

By default, the Webhooks section displays a list of webhooks configured so far.

You can view the summary of a webhook. To view, from the list of webhooks, click the webhook. The summary page of the selected webhook appears with details.
