Prevent the occurrence of duplicates
Enable the "Do not allow duplicate values" checkbox for important fields to ensure that no two records can have the same field value. For example, by enabling this option for the "Mobile" field, you can prevent the creation of a new record with the same mobile number as an existing record.
Identify and remove all
duplicates in one go
You can import data into Bigin through integrations or APIs, from other CRMs/spreadsheets, or from forms or emails. Irrespective of the source, duplicates are bound to be present. With the "Duplicates Cleanup" option, all you have to do is choose which fields to identify duplicates in, and then merge them to resolve all instances of duplicates.
Delete duplicates of a specific contact
Using the "Find and Merge" option, you can locate duplicates based on the value(s) in one or more fields of a particular record. After the duplicates are found, you can set one as the master record and merge and delete the other records, thereby consolidating all the information relevant to a particular contact in a single record.
