During the onboarding period, our specialists will work closely with you to configure, refine, and optimize your Bigin account across multiple areas.

How the onboarding process works

    Based on your subscription, you will be eligible for up to 15 onboarding sessions within a 30-day period. Use the calendar link shared via email to book sessions at your convenience.

Will the onboarding specialist implement Bigin for our business?

Your onboarding specialist will guide you through setup and configuration, offer recommendations, and share best practices. However, they will not directly make changes to your account.

What can I expect by the end of the onboarding period?

By the end of guided onboarding:

  • Your team will be comfortable using Bigin across daily workflows

  • Your CRM will be customized to reflect your business processes .

  • Automation and integrations will be set up based on your requirements .

Once my onboarding period ends, will I stop receiving support from Zoho?

No. You will continue to receive support via email, chat, and toll-free calls. However, onboarding sessions will no longer be available. For further assistance, contact sales@bigin.com.

What if I need more advanced or hands-on support?

We offer customized implementation through partners and a paid Jumpstart program. Reach out to sales@bigin.com to explore options.
