How the onboarding process works

  • Schedule your sessions

    Depending on your subscription, you may be eligible for up to four free onboarding sessions. Use the calendar link sent via your email, to book a date for a single session or schedule all four at once.

  • Join the guided setup session

    Once your session is scheduled, an onboarding specialist will share a meeting link for the session on the selected date. During the session, they'll walk you through the features planned for that day.

  • Extend sessions if needed

    If you would like additional guidance beyond the included sessions, you can contact our team at sales@bigin.com to explore options for extending your onboarding support.

Your onboarding specialist will walk you through your Bigin account so you can quickly familiarize yourself with the interface and begin using it. To do so, they'll take the following steps:

Will the onboarding specialist implement Bigin for our business?

Your onboarding specialist will guide you through the setup process and configuration, offer suggestions, and teach you the best practices to customize Bigin for your business. However, they will not directly make changes to your Bigin account.

What can I expect by the end of the onboarding period?

By the end of your onboarding period, you can expect the following outcomes from your regularly scheduled sessions with your onboarding specialist:

  • Your teams will become familiarized with Bigin and will be able to navigate its user interface easily.

  • You'll be able to perform all administrative functions in order to set up and customize your Bigin account to suit your business.

Once my onboarding period ends, will I stop receiving support from Zoho?

No; you will continue to receive all other on-demand services from our Bigin Customer Support team via email, chat, and toll-free calls. However, you will not be able to schedule sessions with our onboarding team. Should you need further training, please write to us at sales@bigin.com.

What if I need hands-on assistance with my Bigin account?

We offer customized implementation through partners and a paid Jumpstart program to assist you. Send an email to sales@bigin.com and we'll suggest the best options for you.
